This is a one off sculpture of two fairy wrens on individual branches. I love the absence of fill in the bodies of these wrens which I feel is completely unnecessary. The outlines of the birds give a sense of movement and our minds fill in the blanks.
The base is made from a stave off an old whisky barrel.
